- I need to cancel my seminar registration. May I get a refund?
- Sorry, but no! There are only a limited number of seats available in each city.
- After I registered, I received a discount code for money off. May I still use the code?
- We're sorry, but discount codes may only be applied at the time of the ticket purchase. Due to the administrative processes involved, we cannot apply the discount after you have registered.
- May I be put on a wait list for my city?
- Unfortunately we cannot accommodate a wait list. Our best recommendation is to sign up asap because each city will sell out!
- What's the best way for me to register for a seminar?
- The best way to guarantee a seat is to register online as soon as possible.
- What do I need to show at the door to get in?
- Please bring your email confirmation to show the registration desk. If you don't have your confirmation, you can give your name to the people at the registration table, and they will verify you are on the registration list.
- One of the people I originally registered cannot attend. May I bring someone else in their place?
- Yes, just have them check in at the registration table with the name of the original attendee.
- How early should I arrive for the seminar?
- We recommend you arrive up to1 hour early so that you have time to check in and get settled. For the evening seminars, arrive at 4:00, if your seminar is in the morning arrive at 8:30.
- Can I arrive late for the seminar?
- We highly recommend that you arrive promptly for the show. Many times, when attendees arrive late, they ask questions that were addressed earlier in the seminar and keep the instructor from being able to cover new material due to backtracking. Also, if you arrive too late, you may be mistaken for a no-show, and your seat may be given to a walk-in attendee.
- At what hotel is my seminar being held?
- Please click on the "Buy Tickets" link to find your date and location, then click the "More Information" link. If your hotel says "TBA," we will update the site as soon as arrangements have been finalized. If your city has not been assigned a hotel yet you can still register and are strongly encouraged to do so before the seats are sold out. A hotel will be chosen within a 15 mile radius from the downtown of the city chosen.
- Is there a dinner break during the seminar?
- There is a 30-minute break approximately halfway through the seminar, however we do not provide food or beverages. Please return to the seminar promptly after the break so the show can stay on schedule.
- Can I videotape the seminar?
- No audio or videotaping is permitted during the seminar.
- May I take still photos of the seminar?
- No cameras are allowed at the seminar. Flash photography that comes from the audience can throw off the Sallee's flash as they demonstrates their sessions and can interrupt the speakers in general.
- Will the Sallee's photograph models during the seminar?
- A demonstration session is included in the show. An audience member will be asked to model.
- Will I be able to purchase products after the seminar?
- Yes, The Sallee's will have their product available at a "Show Special" price during the 30 minute break and after the presentation. The show special will only be available that day in each city.
- May I bring my spouse with me for free since they are just coming along for the ride?
- Anyone attending the event will need to have purchased a ticket, this includes staff or other members from your studio and/or spouses.
- May I bring my child with me to the seminar?
- No. Please respect the right of all attendees to view and hear the seminar without the distraction that young children can create.
